Organizational Responsibility

Is it possible to adopt a new paradigm? Who's to blame? Things go wrong and someone’s got to take the hit right?

Inspired by recent events with BP and other corporate calamities I put together this two minute video conversation starter...

How would innovation change in an organization if we became more responsible for each other? What would that organization look like? How would you feel? And how would you perform?

  1. We're all part of each other aren't we? I've often wondered how my perception of myself varies from others' perceptions of me. And doesn't this lead to all kinds of insecurities in how we interact with one another. What if those perceptions of reality were erased and we didn't have to worry about them -- and instead we redirected those energies outward to care for one another. If we could just be conscious of that, "what a wonderful world it would be."
